You can order video copies through the American Bar Association, along with facilitator guides in English or Spanish. $9.95 (plus applicable tax and a $3.95 handling fee)

Breast Self-Exam Shower Card, an instructional card designed to hang in your shower as a reminder to conduct your monthly breast self-exam. All women over the age of 20 should perform a breast self-exam every month.
